Chisinău is a unique capital, little known outside of Moldova, but it contains many undiscovered places and great potential. The more I explore this city, the more convinced I am that the younger generation loves and appreciates Chisinău. I wanted my project to become an embodiment of this love and patriotism in the name of the Moldovan youth, of which I am a representative.
Visual identity plays a key role in shaping the perception of a city. Creating and developing an identity not only helps to strengthen its image but also affects its attractiveness to tourists, investors, and local residents. Chsinău has a rich history, cultural heritage, and a unique character, making it an interesting target for developing a visual identity.
In the full version of the logo, I depicted two main landmarks: The Gates of the City and the Triumphal Arch. The short version features the letter "C," derived from the word "Chisinău," which also illustrates the Gates of the City.
